Zosimo Maximo is the Chief Marketing Officer of Forward Hospitality Group, where he oversees brand strategy, creative direction, content, entertainment programming, and marketing across one of the country's fastest-growing hospitality portfolios.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning hospitality, entertainment, media, and advertising, Maximo has built a career around creating brands and experiences that connect people through culture. Before joining Forward Hospitality Group, he was a prominent event producer, promoter, and DJ in both New York City and Los Angeles, producing events and cultivating communities long before experiential marketing became an industry buzzword.

His career bridges entertainment and brand marketing at the highest levels. Maximo served as a Creative Director for VIMBY, the Los Angeles-based digital agency founded by television producer Mark Burnett, where he led creative campaigns for multiple Fortune 500 brands. He also worked as a Producer and Director for MTV, creating content at the forefront of youth culture, and later served as Vice President of Content at STACK Media, leading large-scale content initiatives across sports, fitness, and lifestyle media.

Known for his ability to recognize emerging trends and identify creative talent, Maximo has earned a reputation for keeping his finger on the pulse of pop culture while building authentic communities around brands. His leadership philosophy centers on developing people, empowering creators, and designing experiences that foster genuine human connection.

Throughout his career, his work has been recognized with numerous industry honors, including Telly Awards, Clio Awards, and AICP Awards, celebrating excellence in advertising, creative storytelling, and branded content.

Today, Maximo leads the marketing vision for Forward Hospitality Group by blending hospitality, entertainment, and culture into experiences that extend far beyond traditional venues. Whether launching a new concept, producing immersive events, or building content-first marketing strategies, he believes the most successful brands don't simply attract audiences—they create communities.
